Good luck. Those are easily the least often killed mobs on this server. They are so much rarer than any other haste item on the server. I guarantee there are multitudes more RBB or CoFs than there are swirlspine belts :/.
People on this server knew out of the gate that Phinny is 100x easier if you train away his seahorses instead of killing them. So they are seldom slain.
