before the last patch, Jonthan's Whistling Warsong did not stack with Speed of the Shissar

now, if i have Speed of the Shissar on and i click robe of the whistling fists, it will give the "you whistle an ancient warsong" message in chat, but no buff icon appears, and if i get a buff after that, it will occupy the highest slot visually, but after zoning the buff will move to the next slot, as if you actually had Jonthan's Whistling Warsong on

this creates for some weird issues; for instance, i went to dispel a Pyrocruor that appeared to be in my 2nd slot, and then after i zoned, it was back on my buff list in the 3rd slot, since i guess i technically had Celestial Tranquility in slot 1, Jonthan's Whistling Warsong in slot 2(yet did not appear to be there), and Pyrocruor in slot 3

even though it seems as if the game thinks that i have Jonthan's Whistling Warsong on, i do not actually get the stats from the buff
