All that being said, please be patient. It's ok to bump your thread if you'd like, but I usually do them from first post to last when I'm verifying poofs. So bumping it may get it moved to the end of my list (though sometimes I do it the other way around! There's just no way to know which direction I'm going to go!), There are some people who have been waiting much longer than 4 days for their item reimbursements, and sometimes, I can't verify a poofed item at all.
In regards to your specific petition, I glanced at it earlier, and it's likely something I can track down, but it will take some time, so please be patient.
