To summarize, there are a lot of petitions in that forum. I'll get to yours as soon as I can. Item 'poofs' take especially long to verify because there is no magic poofed item database - I have to go through and verify that you had the item, that it didn't go anywhere else, and that it is not on your character. This requires checks on at least ~6 different tables in the database. When you have multiple items (like in your case) it gets even more complicated.
All that being said, please be patient. It's ok to bump your thread if you'd like, but I usually do them from first post to last when I'm verifying poofs. So bumping it may get it moved to the end of my list (though sometimes I do it the other way around! There's just no way to know which direction I'm going to go!), There are some people who have been waiting much longer than 4 days for their item reimbursements, and sometimes, I can't verify a poofed item at all.
In regards to your specific petition, I glanced at it earlier, and it's likely something I can track down, but it will take some time, so please be patient.
