Yeah, I really should do that. To be entirely honest I don't even know which knives are used for which things! Just kinda go at it lol :P

Uhm legumes are one of those food categories like cheese that are relatively benign, especially if you don't eat them often. But they're hard to digest, and do contain antinutrients like our friend phytic acid. Whenever you cook with beans you need to make sure to soak, sprout and boil them properly to make them easier to digest and cut down on the antinutrient content. Doing so actually makes them a pretty good source of protein, especially if your diet is limited in protein choices like mine is.

The process just takes so much time and effort that it's only a sometimes food.
