People who make real money get salary bros. Unless they are consultant / contractors making 200+ / hr people with real careers can't figure out hourly rate because they are earning 24/7. Bragging about hourly rate is for people on food stamps.

People who make real money on a salary are generally smart enough to understand that you can take your yearly salary and divide it by 2080 to get an approximate hourly wage for a 40-hour worker for the basis of comparison or discussion.
