Actually, the majority of women are more intelligent than men. The difference is that they don't play alpha-dog all the time from all of the testosterone men are sweating out. That means that women act less intelligent in order to not fracture any fragile ego that said men have.

The difference these days is that women are finally saying, fuck this, I want a piece of the capitalistic pie and I'm tired of men fucking up nearly everything in the world. All throughout history, women have always been more intelligent, more responsible, and overall more important than men as a whole. Don't kid yourselves thinking the opposite was ever true. Women just let you have have your way for a long time, and look at the shambles the world is in because of it.
