Just FYI to all of those who may be considering RMT.

If you do RMT, you better file your gains. It is considered income. Back in 2004 I used to ferry money using Sony's "Legends" server basically using it as a ForEX market.

I ended up making enough in about 9 months to buy my first car and store a large chunk of change to pay for college.

Being 17 I wasn't really used to the idea of 'taxes' because previous to this my positions had been 'lawn cutter' and a lifeguard gig that paid $5.80 an hour.

It backfired pretty badly because my father was a sole proprietor of his own company and wound up undergoing an audit. Since I was technically his dependent at the time they ended up uncovering that I had made this sum of money that no one had paid taxes on, and it blew up as a whole ordeal that we basically got out of because I was a minor at the time.

If I had been 18, apparently it would have been tax evasion... so... you know, be safe.

Also inb4 RMT scum it was 10 years ago.
