Dry scalp is a fucking bitch. I may not be using the right shampoo. Never happened until I stopped buying head and shoulders due to cancer research.

How long is your hair? If it's short like most guy's hair is, just stop using shampoo and conditioner entirely. Scrubbing it in the shower each day with plain water is good enough, and your scalp won't be stripped of all its healthy oils every single day.
For a bit your head will be overproducing oil because its used to compensating for the damage caused by shampoo, but in a month you'll have the best hair of your life.
