I don't know about myself, I'd have to think about it more. However, I bet if some of the neckbeards cut back on the twinks you'd retain more converts.
Exp bonus would also be nice. Leveling to end game in an environment that lacks groups sounds painful. Blue server is for the leveling experience: red is not.
