Mystic Cloak for me. Did it on live for a level 5 alt and got extremely lucky that all the sneaking around I had , have done it on both my characters here.
That or "Who Deputy Tagil" which, while I never leveled a halfling past about 6 on live, made those first 4 levels a breeze.
