Cancel your cable and or destroy your TV. Get her her own computer or a kindle. Then she will not want to "spend time" with you by making you watch stupid life sucking reality shows. It worked for me. Be sure to not use her computer though it will be full of malware and viruses from all of the stupid links she clicks on social media and celebrity gossip pages she wastes her life on.
