I agree that boxing long term isn't good, but I think it's needed until pop is self sufficient or people will roll up on server have no needed classes to play with and quit. You need to let people hit the ground running here, build a pop, and then you can cut off boxing @ that point.

I dont know, if you put xp back on, you dont ever need to allow boxing. How are new people gonna find groups if they go to unrest and its stuff like my sham buffin the shit out of my rogue, healing etc... while hes soloing, even i would be tempted to do it if it was allowed and im usually a kind of social, lets group with strangers kinda player.
