After some thought, I have decided I will definetly revive my Ranger. It seems alot of people have a low opinion of the Ranger class, my goal will be to change that, through exemplary skill and magnetic personality. I will be starting a druid 1st though so I can gear up my Ranger alittle, if twinking is allowed. If so, what would you guys recommend gear wise, I started EQ around Velious, so I don't really know what was considered good gear from the "classic" era.

Ebony Bladed swords from Guk are the common drop from a mob and ranger only so they are consistantly sold to vendors because nobody would play a ranger.
it's 7/24 and procs root nonlore so you can spam root and get yourself killed.
