Don't get me wrong, i quit league at the start of S4 because of all the stupid shit they have done to the game but coming in here and saying blizzard is mad at icefrog for not hiring them for dota 2 is absurd. Personally im glad a new moba is coming out and this one lets you play characters like the Lich King or Nova or hell you can even play diablo and ride a unicorn into battle.

Blizzard tried to sue Valve over DOTA 2, lol. You claiming that Blizzard isn't pissed is ridiculous. They tried saying that content made by another person with their tool-kit was theirs to use, as if the art made by an artist is owned by the companies that created the brush, the ink, and the canvas. Valve trademarked the name DOTA for their game as it was made as the direct sequel to DOTA as supported by the DOTA main project operator, Ice Frog. Blizzard got their panties in a bunch, as they wanted DOTA to be their tag, so they claimed that it was made on their toolkit, so they have rights to the name. They further tried to say also that DOTA was a genre, even though it was widely accepted that MOBA was the genre, and that since it was made on their engine, the name DOTA is theirs to use.
Blizzard eventually backed down when they realized how fucking stupid they were, and there is no way they were going to win the argument when Ice Frog was supporting Valve the entire way in making the DOTA sequel. So Blizzard took Heroes of the Storm instead, and DOTA 2 remained DOTA 2.
