It's going to be a REGULAR server, meaning it WILL have hotzones/mercs/ and accelerated experience gain, even the progression servers have the accelerated experience gain......seriously if your a oldschool player that enjoyed the risk/reward offered in the classic experience, this is gonna be a big let down to you, Ive played Live recently, and tho it can be fun, EQ has gone to the same candy coating , lil-effort = big gain system that WoW perfected, If you like being lvl60 in 1 week and grouping with yourself and a merc. Have fun, ill be roughing it here on p99~
Edit= And for those who don't know what merc's are. They added NPC Cleric and Warrior (mercenaries) that you hire to walk with you and group with you so even if your not a boxer, you can group with yourself, cool concept.....but took the community right out of the game.......
