Like if you die to a raid mob, come back and there is another force there waiting for you?

I'd say in order to stay consistent with the rules, the opposing force wouldn't be obligated to let you LnS until at least 1 YT has gone off. So if you're in this situation, have your force send a ranger to eat the YT death, then call LnS.
