The guy disbanded the guild and quit.
TMO doesn't need his permission to be TMO. TMO was around before Zee and will exist after Zee. TMO was around before me and Ecc and T7g also, get over yourself if you think that you have some ability to tell an entity of 100's of people over 15+ years if they can continue the guild tag or not.
