Evil doesn't have bards nor access to druid ports or tracking, but get the best tank, shaman, monk, starting zones, and dungeons, etc. IDK if lacking the previously mentioned tools will allow for total evil hegemony. If anything humans may reign on top, but as you said they get Odus, Qeynos, Etc and have to be Erudites.

If there is x-teaming then enough paladins/bards/druids will defect to the Dark team's uberguild. If teams are hardcoded then I presume they'll just zerg enough raid mobs to make up not having bard buffs.
Shorty team is screwed either way, no shaman? FUUUUUUUCK.
