I'll be honest here, instead of adjusting shit on the fly they should just admit defeat and wipe red then promote + relaunch
Lowering exp just makes it more difficult for people to compete with old timers with 4+ level 60s to all plant at KC or Seb and then they come wave after wave during pvp and overwhelm the newbies.
I would akin it to the account sales on blue that kinda fucked over most the new player guilds trying to compete in the raid game there. Well before the enforced rotations anyways.
