Description:
Boridain Glacierbane spawning multiple rabid tundra kodiaks

Boridain Glacierbane, rabid tundra kodiak

Steps to reproduce bug:

When Boridain Glacierbane returns to the area near his spawn and spawns the rabid tundra kodiak, we killed the kodiak and DID NOT Turn the rabid skin back into Boridain. Another rabid tundra kodiak spawned soon after and we looted another skin. the 2nd skin was immediately turned in and Boridain returned to his spawn. If I had to guess if he is never handed a skin he will chain spawn rabid tundra kodiaks.

Expected behavior:
Only 1 should spawn
