Im pretty sure things that go beyond suggestive into blatantly sexual are considered NSFW.. it doesnt have to be a moneyshot for someone in the professional world to be like "wtf is that about". Scantily clad women making suggestive motions will do the trick just fine.
Mind you he never explicitly stated no nudity or hardcore pornography.. his words were to keep things work-safe. If he wanted no porn/nudity specifically he would say no porn/nudity. NSFW is pretty well generally understood by well adjusted adults the internet over to include evocative and suggestive images.
