Troll better for leveling. Ogre best for min/max once you are 60 with torpor. Trolls are so much easier to level, regen really makes a huge difference if you are leveling untwined from 24-59.
Also trolls for superior looks.
If endgame soloing is your only consideration ogre is the easy choice.
