Egress and Succor "didnt zone characters" for like a very short time in live and was fixed to zone u before Velious.
I kno this for a fact testing Evacuate for the first time in HS, casted it ... group got ported to zone in (no zone load just port)...then we each got summoned back and died lol lots of laughs
it was fixed to zone u not even a couple weeks after that experience as i basically never casted it again til the "loading" change occured
it always loaded me, however i was a wizard so maybe egress mechanics are dif for a druid? That just didnt make sense if they were.
