They think it's fun because it's not legal at their age. Ask anyone over 30 who isn't still living with their parents and they'll tell you that drinking became a lot less 'exciting' when it became completely accessible. No, they think it's fun because it's acceptable for adults to do it, and they want to be grown up without the responsibilities.
