The main feature is a highly customized loot table. Research kits are still dropping for now (though rarely) but after we get enough regular payers they will no longer drop so get in and get your research kits now before it's too late. To compensate for the lack of research kits blueprints for all items ( that includes things like 556 ammo, Pick Axes, Flares, Leather Vests, and Blood Draw Kits) are dropping in proportion. Due to the nature of the loot table progression will be a bit slower than most servers and we hope this will contribute to the longevity of the server and it's community.

When one player kills another player a server-wide shout will announce who killed who. It will also announce what weapon was used, what body part was hit in the final blow, and how far away the players were when the final blow was struck.

When a player dies the backpack he drops will be locked for five minutes. If another player wants to open the backpack and loot the items before that time he will have to use a Handmade Lockpick to open it. Handmade Lockpicks can be crafted or looted. To use a Handmade Lockpick put it on a quick bar slot and press that button while the search prompt is showing on your screen.

In Game at the chat console (Hit the ENTER key):

/rules ---> Returns the list of server rules.
/help ---> Returns a list of commands players may use.
/who ---> Returns the number of players currently on the server.
/history ---> Returns the last few lines of server-wide communications. The history will not include PvP kill shouts.(Like /ooc or /shout in EQ)
/pm USER_NAME MESSAGE ---> Will send a private message to USER_NAME only. (Like /tell or /t in EQ)
/re ---> Will send a private message to the last player who sent you a message. (Like /reply or /r in EQ)
/ping ---> Returns your current ping to the server with a popup message near the bottom right of your screen.

/location ---> Returns your current X, Y, and Z map coordinates AND the compass direction you are facing. Players can input their coordinates
into a map at rustnuts.com and it will plot their location on a map for them.

/remove ---> This command is a toggle. With remove on a player may shoot or strike any object the he has himself placed to remove it from
the world. The item is not lost but is put into the players inventory. If there is no room in inventory then the item is lost forever. If you remove a container with items in it then the items are lost forever.
