You get the $17 you spent refunded on your credit card - via the merchant or via your CC company using their email as proof they're fuckups. Then you order what you wanted from another company.
It's not like you walked out the door from the neighborhood grocer and found out you got something extra -- returning shit via mail is a pain in the ass. They shouldn't ask you to do that.
