Is a good alternative to the Staff of Battle if money is tight ( SOB is pretty cheap but I can see a level 30 having issues raising 1k, especially when they'd be wanting to pick up their 5ac/55hp rings by then if they hadn't already.)

And it should be easy enough to raise 1k, lvl 12 newbs do it killing wisps and collecting silk
