Yes, evil Heartbrand, who let two insignia protectors go to Brobb and Nacht, despite them showing up 3 hours into the pull, being AFK, not controlling their pets, blatantly displaying that they probably wouldn't last, rather than taking it into my coffers, much like I gave cleric gaunts to Ryser, a relatively new cleric with modest to low RA, rather than putting it on Selena. I've had ample opportunities to enrich myself at others expense in Red Dawn, but yet have never taken a single pixel. The OFFICERS decided in 100% unison to award the epic to Tobe over Quiet.
