In addition to that, hit the gym and use your body. It does wonders for things like RSI.

I have been using this model more recently but have been using the wired model of this mouse for years and even after many tradeskill sessions my wrist is still in good shape. It's hard going back to regular mice after having the enjoyment of a trackball.
