I would like it to scale, but be at 200% 1-20, 100% (2x) at 21-40, normal 1x at 41-51, then 300% 51-60. Would seem like a reasonable rates.
Remember, levels are nonlinear. And the low ones will blow by anyway no matter what exp 1-30. +/-4 levels for pvp range, because that will mitigate the issues with twinks.
Contrary to popular believe 2 people can kill a person with a fungi if they can corner/lock them down. Especially if that person is within 2 or 3 levels.
