Had numerous instances of this in Lower Guk:
AM area, hall just behind him. I've had:
1) mobs + pet ghosting/stuck in wall twice, couldn't cast on them
2) Pet warp to I'venoideawhere
Sentinel area: When pulling in the hall behind the 3 dar spawns, mobs and/or pet got stuck in walls/warped.
Between AM and the safe hall, right before the first of the double spawns if coming from AM: Pet warped to the south and came back with a nice train.
With and without using /pet guard.
