The one thing I DO think guilds could do, is what Red Dawn is, which is actively boot toxic players. I've booted countless people so far who don't live up to the charter, and to be honest there's 3-4 people on the hot seat right now. I think if we ostracized certain players on this server, the box would be better off for it.

I couldn't agree with this anymore, and it's a quarrel I will always have with Lite and Azrael. When people like Twainz, and Checkriase left Nihilum and came to Azrael I had voted that these people be rejected from our guild, in hopes that if they had no where to be on this server that they would quit.
