Highpass orcs and gnolls will be mostly greened out at 24 however goblins and guards inside are good.

At 24, still plenty of highpass orcs that are blue/light blue and you can collect
scalps for bonus XP. Orc Mercs are the best pets, but you will probably need a tank/small group to take advantage of them.
Also, 25+ you can use Osargen from the jail in Highkeep as a pet. Once again,
a small group would be better than solo to kill the gobbies down there, but Osargen
is a beast of a pet if you can take advantage of his backstabs.
