I used to be addicted to the hokey pokey -- but I turned myself around.
Seriously tho ... if anyone feels they need help in any way; never be ashamed to ask for help, support or just to chat. I'm sorta new around here but being neighborly starts with that olive branch of peace & treating others as you want to be treated =)
