ETA was given, ETA was not right. Time could be spent analyzing the problem to give another ETA or time could be spent just fixing the shit. This is so similar to the shit that goes on at work everyday it's hilarious. All these jackasses that have no idea what's going on or even what a database is, are asking why their buttons won't work and how long until they start working again.
