Default NPC Pets receiving DS and spells landing near end of duration
Bug 1: Pets do not take DS damage if their master is still alive (PVE NPCs tested, have not tested PVP). Pretty simple stuff.

Bug 2: When spells land near the end of their duration (within 1 second usually) they can finish the spell, begin the spell recast, consume mana, but not actually put the new buff on. Happens quite a bit when trying to chain CEs. Not sure how that one would be fixed or what the main issue is though.
