Yeup, Blue has the rule set to a different value, enabling it.
As for why, that's before my time & above my pay grade. I believe it had something to do with people getting used to it since they added the 'feature/nerf' after blue was well established.
I agree that there should be consistency in things like that across the servers, but ultimately it's up to Rog / Nilbog.

I'd like for it to be enabled on blue, timeline appropriately.
I'd also like a spellbook medding implementation until 35, for both servers.

I thought this was only for spells cast from items. i.e., click a deepwater helm, sit, stand before it resolved. I do not think you could sit while actively casting a spell from the bar. Am I wrong on this? Anyways, I wish that worked as well.
