I certainly am not trying to give him full immunity - as I said before in the CoS rules this type of business as well as RMT is met with swift and unwavering consequences, and they have been dealt. Copping guilt wouldn't have changed the aftermath - fail to see how that applies besides being a source of entertainment for many - it's the actions that matter, and as the social consequences have been met (and *if* GMs decide to deal with the issue in their own method) I think we can give SOME opportunistic credit to a justifiable outcome.
Toga will have a hard enough time in the future if he chooses to continue with his pain. Lessons are learned, second chances are extended. I can think of many others in much more popular guilds who have done scams and RMTs much more profitable than this one and they're still sitting comfortably in their guild in P99. |
