Unable to /w all or send tells
I log in and cannot /w all anyone or send tells to anyone. It tells me that person is offline if I send a tell, yet they receive the tell and cannot respond to me.
Usually this happens temporarily after a disconnect, but as of now it's permanent. I have relogged twice and cannot fix problem.
Any insight would be great, thank you.
