First of all, care to bet that he didn't parse a warrior, AEXdestroy? I'd bet any number of platinum if we had a way to prove it conclusively in both directions. Emoqq held one for a ridiculously long time, and they were in the same guild, and Muzyn parsed about 75% of the planar raids he went to.

So I'm looking at parses, and you can't mean 25dps in plane of hate, because I took a look at 6 or 7 parses, highest war dps there is 17. Average something like 13/14. And ofc, these numbers much lower in fear.
I dunno what to compare 25 dps to.... if that were actually plane of hate, you're talking about a 50% dps increase over yaks. That sounds pretty good to me, but I don't think any of the parses I looked at were warriors w 2hers ... so again... dunno what to compare it to.
That being said, not the biggest fan of the sword just taking it at a glance so I think I agree with you. Sorry seller.
