Not to be min/max about it (as I hate people who won't group with hybrids etc) but there's noticeable gap in the CH time between a DE warrior and an ogre warrior. Mana efficiency etc.
Not a problem though, keep a dark elf warrior symbol'd to bridge the gap and life's good
