Those rules are nowhere near all-encompassing, especially when it comes to made up words. I'm pretty sure I saw in an interview or something somewhere, that the devs intended it to be "Luck-lin" or something awful like that, and they pronounced it that way.
That pronunciation is more in line with English I think, but it just sounds so fucking bad. So I read/say it as 'loose-lin' anyway. Deal with it
