Your stupidity is truly astonishing.
There are 7 Ogre spawns. Of those, 4 are guards and 3 are shaman. I had cleared all the shaman which have a 22 minute respawn and this is when I went AFK.
AFK camping means using a pet to clear a camp while you're not there. I engaged every single mob (shaman) the second it spawned. Not a single time did a shaman live for more than 5 seconds because I had a timer setup and knew exactly when they would pop.

Yes, go look at the screen shot. First of all I offered your friend the guards, second of all I'm already grouped with someone who came up and wanted to camp shaman, I made a deal with him to split the loot and give him experience. I had never met this person before and there was no reason I had to share with him.
Not allowing others to share in parts of the game? I was GROUPED with someone already, for THREE mobs in the middle of WEST KARANA. All your friend wanted was the drops as well, somehow he's more entitled to them because he's a lower level?

I don't appreciate being accused of breaking various server rules including boxing because some asshole is upset I've been camping 3 mobs for 12 hours and I didn't tell him the second he wanted to know.
