I have spent a lot of time in Najena the last week. The lava rocks will be very hard to get. iirc the flame elemental only has one spawn point (maybe two?) in Najena and the lava rocks seem to be very rare. And I think it can have a PH. There are a shitload of Earth Elementals, but the drops of mercury are fairly rare. I probably collected 15 vials of swirling mist (from air eles), 5 drops of mercury and 2 or 3 lava rocks in the past week. Mind you, i'm not solely camping the elementals but killing them irregularly.
