1 I have had many professors who only have their masters degree and they are still referred to as professor (in their official title and in the classroom). Perhaps this is a university-by-university basis. If I spent the time to earn a masters or PhD and my students were referring to me as 'teacher' I would be a lil' offended, I think - just reminds me entirely too much of high/middle school. Are you going to a proprietary or community college? Maybe it's a different culture. Can anyone else chime in on this?
2 What are your other two degrees in? Why are you having to pursue a third degree at this time? I'll have three degrees (two of them masters btw) by the time I'm 25, so don't try pullin' seniority on me~
