Yes and no. Marauder's Mire was a duplicate of Erud's Crossing. If you run a server all you need to do to zone in is copy and paste your erudsxing files and rename them to erudsxing2.
The zone was a gimmick to get people to pay for the Legends subscription. The items dropped were too good for the difficulty, so you basically just went there for the free loot. After they got people on the server they closed Marauder's Mire and opened Jaggedpine Forest, which was actually an original zone that got pushed to live servers.
