You seem to have a pretty limited idea of what a salad is. More than half the salads I know how to make involve at least part of it being cooked.
I'm more of a whole food guy than organic. Give me a bunch of fruits and vegetables, some fresh herbs, a little protein and whole grains and spices and I'll make you something good for you that wakes up your fat- and sugar-coated taste buds.

I enjoy a huge variety of foods, including salad. My absolute favorite thing to eat is sushi and I'm a decent cook. I focus mainly in southeast asian dishes such as Indian; I'm a friend for curry. I also love Malaysian items, their combination of coconut and curry creates pretty much the most amazing flavors possible.
But one thing I can not stand is hipster fucks who eat according to fads, whether it be only organic foods or this gluten free bullshit. Way too much posting falling into this group. If anything, a lot of posters here have a "pretty limited idea" of what a lot of stuff is.
