Just want 2 make clear. I don't support Variance, I think it would be awful for Red Dawn, though I do think it would grief Nihilum which I guess might incidentally benefit Red Dawn? I support simulated repops tho, be it once a week, once every 10 days or once every two weeks or even if it was only once a month. I think that alone would shift this from a 99.9/.1 server to a 90/10 85/15 server where we would see more people willing to be the underdog, which means more people stick around, more players, and eventually more pvp.
