Okay I am just going to say, you can't pull the "lowbie card" off forever. You guys have been playing that off so fucking hard since what... November? At this point its not anyones issue that you guys don't know how to level 3 months after the fact, or somehow can't get past 52 when your guild has 60+ people on all the time.
Furthermore, he WANTS to play on the server. He will play and do whatever gives him the most fun. If that means having to bust a couple of balls he doesn't give two shits about? Then by all means he should knock himself out doing so.
What is with all the tears from RD lately, only one I havent seen crying is HB.
